Stampi Pilone is an active company in the field of the design and construction of moulds for moulding and production of rubber and plastic articles.
It’s equipped with a vast fleet of machines in continuous updating, including milling machines and CNC lathes totally managed by computers in direct numerical control, electroerosion plunge, tombstones, injection presses with 4.0 technology, and a large area dedicated to the adjustment, polishing, finishing and quality control of the output products.
Each stage, from prototyping to product delivery and testing, is performed internally, under the direct control of highly qualified personnel, which follows the entire production process.
The high technical preparation, flexibility and promptness, compliance with the agreed deadlines and the supply of superior quality products are the values that the Company pursues on a daily basis.
We work for the high-end automotive sector (Pagani, Ferrari, Lamborghini, …), heavy goods vehicles, household appliances, aerospace, machine tools, rail, aeronautics, agricultural machinery, transport (containers) and in the last ten years we have entered the market of the point of sale materials.
The Company offers several services integrated with each other: thanks to the help of the 3D printer can create a first prototype to be offered to the customer quickly. The moulds are produced by the mechanical workshop with the possibility to produce the products internally, thanks to the moulding presses from 45 to 400 tons; finally, to guarantee a complete service, the Pilone Moulds performs assembly activities, Picking and storage at a dedicated warehouse and a warehouse 1 km from the head office.
