Stampi Pilone adopts the most innovative techniques for the design of moulds; it is in fact equipped with an efficient Technical Office, which quickly, through advanced 3D C.A.D. and C.A.M. systems, models and designs the pieces according to the requests of its customers.

In the estimation and construction phase, the Office follows, advises and studies the feasibility of projects, ensuring maximum integration between the production of the mould and the molding.

The flexibility, the competence and the preparation of its technicians make it possible to design composite moulds with highly complex figures; it should be noted that it is also able to move the parts of the mould by means of pneumatic mechanization with cylinders, slots, rules, frames and other methodologies on request.

The company is also able to realize, in addition to molds, equipment, pieces in series, trance and laying of supplied details.

Depending on the item requested, the Technical Office will take care of the choice of materials and the best technology for the mould; after production, the moulds are analyzed and overhauled through the quality process according to ISO standards, in order to be able to deliver the certification and measurement reports of the equipment.

The design is fundamental for the success of the mold and then for the realization of the required artifacts.
In order to perform their task properly, designers must have some information:
the material to be used for printing (rubber or plastic);
the circulation to which it will be subjected.
Once the necessary information has been received, the technicians can choose the steel to be used for the design of the mould requested.
